1. Hizmetin Tanımı
freqsoul, kullanıcıların şifa frekansları, doğa sesleri ve geleneksel enstrümanlar (ney, handpan, Tibet kâseleri, bambu flüt) gibi meditasyon içeriklerine eriştiği bir wellness mobil uygulamasıdır (bundle id: com.freqsoul.app). Hizmet, freqsoul.app üzerinden tanıtılır ve App Store ile Google Play üzerinden dağıtılır.
2. Abonelik Şartları
- Aylık abonelik: 4,99 USD (veya yerel para biriminde Apple/Google tarafından belirlenen eşdeğer fiyat).
- Yıllık abonelik: 29,99 USD.
- Ömür boyu erişim: tek seferlik 79,99 USD.
- Abonelikler otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece aynı süre için tekrarlanır.
- İptal işlemleri yalnızca Apple ID hesap ayarlarından (iOS) veya Google Play hesap aboneliklerinden (Android) yapılır.
3. İade Politikası
Tüm satın almalar Apple App Store ve Google Play Store üzerinden işlenir; iade talepleri ilgili mağazanın geçerli politikalarına tabidir. freqsoul doğrudan iade gerçekleştiremez.
4. Yaş Şartı
freqsoul yalnızca 13 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar içindir. 18 yaş altı kullanıcıların ebeveyn / yasal vasi gözetiminde olması beklenir.
5. Wellness Sorumluluk Reddi
freqsoul içerikleri yalnızca eğitim ve genel iyilik hâli amaçlıdır; tıbbi tedavi veya psikolojik danışmanlık değildir ve herhangi bir sağlık profesyoneliyle yapılan görüşmenin yerine geçmez. Sağlık sorunlarınız için lütfen yetkili bir hekime danışın. Frekans tabanlı içerikler, epilepsi, kalp ritim bozukluğu, kalp pili kullanımı, ileri gebelik gibi durumlarda kullanılmamalıdır.
6. Yasaklanmış Kullanım
- Uygulamayı veya içeriklerini tersine mühendislik yapmak,
- İçerikleri kopyalamak, yeniden dağıtmak veya satmak,
- Üçüncü taraf platformlar aracılığıyla içeriği yeniden yayınlamak,
- Otomatik bot, scraper veya benzeri araçlar kullanmak,
- Hizmetin çalışmasını engelleyici saldırılar düzenlemek.
7. Fikri Mülkiyet
Uygulama içindeki yazılım, marka, görseller ve özgün kayıtlar freqsoul'a aittir. Üçüncü taraf lisanslı ses içerikleri için Lisanslar sayfasına bakınız.
8. Yetkili Yargı
Bu sözleşme Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.
9. Hesap Kapatma
freqsoul, bu koşulların ihlali hâlinde hesabınızı askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar. Olağan durumlarda hesap kapatma işlemleri en az 30 gün önceden e-posta yoluyla bildirilir.
10. Değişiklikler
Koşullarda yapılacak değişiklikler bu sayfada yayınlanır. Hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

1. Service Description
freqsoul is a wellness mobile application (bundle id: com.freqsoul.app) providing access to healing frequencies, nature sounds and traditional instruments (ney, handpan, Tibetan singing bowls, bamboo flute) for meditation. The service is presented at freqsoul.app and distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
2. Subscription Terms
- Monthly subscription: US$4.99 (or local equivalent set by Apple/Google).
- Yearly subscription: US$29.99.
- Lifetime access: one-time US$79.99.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancellation is performed exclusively from your Apple ID account settings (iOS) or Google Play subscriptions (Android).
3. Refunds
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store; refund requests are subject to the policies of the relevant store. freqsoul cannot process refunds directly.
4. Age Requirement
freqsoul is intended for users 13 years and older. Users under 18 should use the service under parental or legal guardian supervision.
5. Wellness Disclaimer
freqsoul content is provided for educational and general wellbeing purposes only. It is not medical treatment or psychological advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Frequency-based content should not be used by individuals with epilepsy, cardiac arrhythmia, pacemakers, or during advanced pregnancy.
6. Prohibited Use
- Reverse engineering the app or its content,
- Copying, redistributing or selling the content,
- Republishing content via third-party platforms,
- Using automated bots, scrapers or similar tools,
- Conducting attacks that disrupt the service.
7. Intellectual Property
The software, trademarks, visuals and original recordings within the App are owned by freqsoul. For third-party licensed audio see the Credits page.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction over disputes.
9. Account Termination
freqsoul reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. In ordinary cases, terminations are notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
10. Changes
Updates to these Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
