1. Veri Sorumlusu

Bu gizlilik politikası, freqsoul(bundan sonra "biz" veya "uygulama") tarafından işletilen freqsoul mobil uygulamasının (bundle id: com.freqsoul.app) ve freqsoul.app web sitesinin gizlilik uygulamalarını açıklar. Veri sorumlusuna her türlü talep için support@freqsoul.app adresinden ulaşabilirsiniz.

2. Toplanan Veriler

  • Hesap bilgileri: e-posta adresi ve Supabase Auth tarafından oluşturulan kullanıcı kimliği (UID).
  • Satın alma durumu: aktif abonelik tipi (aylık, yıllık, ömür boyu), satın alma geçmişi, deneme süresi durumu — RevenueCat ile Apple App Store / Google Play Store üzerinden yönetilir.
  • Reklam tanımlayıcısı (IDFA / GAID): yalnızca App Tracking Transparency (ATT) izniniz olduğunda toplanır; reklam kişiselleştirme amacıyla AppLovin MAX ve Google AdMob ile paylaşılır.
  • Reklam etkileşim verileri: görüntülenen ve tıklanan reklam sayısı, ödüllü reklam tamamlanma oranı.
  • Uygulama kullanım verileri: oturum süresi, dinlenen ses kategorileri, çökme raporları (anonim).

3. Toplama Amaçları ve Hukuki Dayanak

  • Hesap oluşturma ve kimlik doğrulama (KVKK m.5/2-c — sözleşmenin ifası; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Abonelik durumunun doğrulanması ve premium içeriğe erişimin yönetilmesi (sözleşmenin ifası).
  • Reklam kişiselleştirme — yalnızca açık rızanız ile (KVKK m.5/1; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
  • Uygulama performansının ve kararlılığının iyileştirilmesi (meşru menfaat).

5. Saklama Süresi

Kişisel verileriniz hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesap silme talebinizden sonra 30 gün içinde tüm verileriniz kalıcı olarak silinir; mali ve yasal yükümlülükler için saklanması zorunlu olan kayıtlar ilgili mevzuat süreleri boyunca saklanabilir.

6. Kullanıcı Hakları (KVKK m.11 / GDPR Art. 15-22)

  • Verilerinize erişim talep etme,
  • Düzeltme ve güncelleme isteme,
  • Silme isteme — uygulama içindeki "Hesabı sil" butonu ile doğrudan kullanılabilir,
  • İşlemeye itiraz etme,
  • Veri taşınabilirliği talep etme,
  • Verilen rızayı geri çekme.

Talepleriniz için support@freqsoul.app adresine yazabilirsiniz; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıt verilir.

7. Çocuklar

freqsoul 13 yaş altı kullanıcılara yönelik değildir; 13 yaş altı kullanıcı bilerek kabul edilmez. Çocuğunuza ait bir hesabın oluşturulduğunu düşünüyorsanız bize ulaşın, ilgili veriler derhal silinir.

8. Yetkili Otoriteler

Türkiye Cumhuriyeti vatandaşları KVKK kapsamında Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumuna şikâyette bulunabilir. Avrupa Birliği vatandaşları için yetkili otorite, ikamet ettikleri üye devletin veri koruma otoritesidir (GDPR Art. 77).

9. Politikadaki Değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellendiğinde uygulama içi bildirim ve bu sayfa üzerinden duyurulur. Sayfa başındaki "son güncelleme" tarihini takip ediniz.

1. Data Controller

This Privacy Policy describes the data practices of freqsoul (the "App"), bundle id com.freqsoul.app, operated by freqsoul (the "Controller"), and the website at freqsoul.app. For any request you may contact us at support@freqsoul.app.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account data: email address and the user identifier (UID) issued by Supabase Auth.
  • Purchase status: active subscription type (monthly, yearly, lifetime), purchase history, trial status — handled by RevenueCat via Apple App Store / Google Play Store.
  • Advertising identifier (IDFA / GAID): collected only with your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent; shared with AppLovin MAX and Google AdMob to personalize advertising.
  • Ad interaction: impressions, clicks, rewarded ad completion rate.
  • App usage: session duration, listened categories, anonymous crash reports.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

  • Account creation and authentication (contract performance — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Verification of subscription status and access management (contract performance).
  • Ad personalization — only with your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
  • App performance and stability improvements (legitimate interest).

Your personal data is retained while your account is active. After a deletion request, all data is permanently erased within 30 days, except records that must be kept under applicable financial or legal obligations.

6. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11 / GDPR Art. 15-22)

  • Right of access,
  • Right to rectification,
  • Right to erasure — directly available via the in-app "Delete account" button,
  • Right to object,
  • Right to data portability,
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time.

7. Children

freqsoul is not directed to children under 13 and knowingly does not accept users under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete the data promptly.

8. Supervisory Authorities

Turkish residents may file a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK). EU residents may file a complaint with the supervisory authority of their member state (GDPR Art. 77).

9. Changes to this Policy

Material changes will be announced through an in-app notification and on this page. Please check the "last updated" date at the top.
